Here at Brazilianology, we are proud to always practice top sanitization protocols, but we have put even more stringent safety protocols into place so our guests and staff can feel safe. We will be following best practices as legislated, and we ask for your cooperation in following these new measures in order to make sure that we’re adhering to the law and ensuring everyone’s safety. Hand washing or sanitization is required upon arrival.
Anyone with a fever, cough, or other symptoms will need to reschedule or cancel their reservation. Please do not come into our place of business if you are sick.
Masks are mandatory for guests and staff.
Only the guest may enter the wax suite (please do not bring children or other guests).
Guests are to wait in your vehicle until notified to enter the building.
Please continue to practice social distancing and remain 6 feet away from all other guests at all times.

We understand that schedules may change.
If you can, please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time. If you are feeling symptomatic and/or need to cancel or reschedule your reservation at the last minute, please do so. Guests who cancel or reschedule within a timeframe of less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled reservation time will incur a fee of $10 (plus sales tax).

Guests who miss reservations without proper cancellation will incur a fee of $10 (plus sales tax). They may also be restricted from online booking and possibly discharged from Brazilianology as a client.
If you are more than 9 minutes late for your reservation, we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. If you know that you are going to be running late, we ask that you contact us and let us know so that we can adjust schedules to best accommodate you, if necessary.
Wax packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Our private wax suite is limited to the guest receiving service only. Our wax suite contains breakable items (i.e. mirrors, glass containers), and dangerous equipment that is not suitable for children and additional occupants. Please limit your cell-phone use during service. Kindly take your calls in the building’s outside hallway prior to or after your service. Video recording is prohibited, unless permission has previously been granted.
absolutely no double-dipping
We use only sanitary equipment & enforce the strict “No Double-Dip Policy,“ which means that the same spatula will NEVER be re-dipped into the wax pot.
The nauseating truth is that double-dipping is common practice in wax application. This method uses the same spatula for the entire treatment, re-dipping the used applicator back into the vat of wax. This contaminated wax is then reused for treatments on other individuals. Unfortunately, this technique can increase the chances of potentially harmful bacteria spreading from one client to another, which is particularly disturbing when dealing with the body’s nether region.
Contactless payment is highly encouraged. We accept credit/debit cards, and cash only.

Personal Information We Collect:
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
