At Brazilianology, these policies help ensure every client receives a consistent, calm, and high-quality experience. They are in place to respect your time, my time, and the integrity of each appointment.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeited deposit/package session.
 

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice automatically forfeit their deposit for the service or lose a package session. If services have been booked using reward point redemption, points will not be restored if a client does not show up for their appointment without notice.
 

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened service to respect the schedule of other clients. If sufficient time is not available to complete your service, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
 

Wax Packages

Wax packages are non-refundable and intended for consistent use within the recommended timeframe. Package sessions cannot be transferred or shared unless otherwise specified.
 

No Double-Dipping Promise

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, a strict no double-dipping policy is followed for all waxing services. Clean applicators are used throughout every appointment.
 

Payment Methods

We accept major forms of payment including debit, credit, and approved digital payment options. Cash is accepted, however change may not provided, as I do not keep cash on hand. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
 

Tipping

Tipping is never required but always appreciated. It is a personal choice and not included in service pricing.

Waxing During Menstrual Cycles

You are welcome to book your appointment during your menstrual cycle. Please use a tampon or menstrual cup if applicable. Your comfort and privacy are always prioritized.
