Responsibilities

Lead the staff team in providing phenomenal customer experience and services

Execute opening and closing procedures during business hours

Warmly welcome our guests, and answer any questions they have

Answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

Perform check-in/out procedures and process payments from guests
-
Schedule and adjust reservations in our booking portal
-
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner

Keep detailed and accurate records of client requests and of calls received

Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail

Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Manage payroll and keep accurate and organized records
-
Host team meetings in absence of the Owner
Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
-
Cosmetologist or Esthetician Licensure with Ohio State Cosmetology & Barber Board

4-5 years of relevant experience in an office or customer service environment

Strong leadership experience, salon or spa management preferred

Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

Punctual with strong attendance history​

Proficient computer and phone skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Flexible schedule
-
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
