A Manager will act as the point of contact for Brazilianology among the Owner, team members and guests. If you're a driven, disciplined and spirited motivator, this is a great company for you!

Responsibilities

  • Lead the staff team in providing phenomenal customer experience and services

  • Execute opening and closing procedures during business hours

  • Warmly welcome our guests, and answer any questions they have

  • Answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

  • Perform check-in/out procedures and process payments from guests

  • Schedule and adjust reservations in our booking portal

  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of client requests and of calls received

  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail

  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed

  • Manage payroll and keep accurate and organized records

  • Host team meetings in absence of the Owner

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • Cosmetologist or Esthetician Licensure with Ohio State Cosmetology & Barber Board

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in an office or customer service environment

  • Strong leadership experience, salon or spa management preferred

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

  • Punctual with strong attendance history​

  • Proficient computer and phone skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Flexible schedule

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
